Uchisar Castle berasal dari zaman kuno dan digunakan sebagai tempat perlindungan selama periode Byzantium. Benteng ini terbuat dari batuan vulkanik dan memiliki beberapa ruang di dalamnya, termasuk tempat tinggal, gudang, dan bahkan gereja kecil.
